Austrian Asset Manager FLE reduces energy costs with Argentus by half a million euro
Vienna 30 November 2016. The Vienna based Asset Manager FLE GmbH, a subsidiary of the LFPI Group, now issues through the Argentus Energie GmbH, energy supply contract for the German real-estate portfolio of the FLE GmbH. Through bundling, FLE GmbH was able to agree on attractive conditions that will be able to sink energy costs over the next four years by ca. 500k. The average savings by electricity is 37% and by gas is 28%. In addition, FLE GmbH was able to covert its complete energy supply into green electricity, thus contributing to its sustainability goals.
