Bernadett Pauer’s responsibilities include the management of existing properties (asset, leasing and portfolio management), tendering for portfolio-wide services (insurance, property management, property accounting), coordination of investments and conversions, support of other departments with evaluations and documents at property level, and reporting activities.
She also acts as an interface to property management, brokers and other external property service providers. Furthermore, Bernadett Pauer is in charge of the company’s internal management software as an administrator.
