FLE sells office building in Düsseldorf

Vienna, 18.12.2017 – CORESIS Management, specialized in real estate for institutional and wealthy private investors, based in Bad Homburg v.d.H, has acquired the office building Grafenberger Allee 87, Dusseldorf. The building, which has been built in the early eighties, is located in the district of Flingern-Nord. It offers around 5,400 sqm of office space and is rented to different and creditworthy tenants. The vendor is FLE SICAV FIS, a real estate fund based in Luxemburg managed by the Viennese FLE Gmbh. Both parties have agreed not to make the purchase price public. Avison Young was employed as a transaction advisor.
