FLE purchases Pfersee Park in Augsburg

FLE GmbH, specialising in commercial properties and a subsidiary of the French LFPI Group, has acquired Pfersee Park in Augsburg for one of its special funds.

Pfersee Park is a district centre in the western part of Augsburg consisting of eight buildings with a rental area of approximately 15,787 m². The buildings present an attractive mix of office, practice and retail areas and are almost fully occupied.

Dr Alexander Klafsky, FLE fund manager and managing director, is excited about this latest deal and explains: “With its great diversity and mix of tenants, Pfersee Park is a perfect match for our strategic property portfolio and meets all of our requirements.”

The buyer received consultation from GSK Stockmann + Kollegen, Munich and Hackenberg & Co., Frankfurt, during this deal.
